    Hot application: For sore throat, bruising, backache, muscle soreness, muscle tension, chronic rheumatic complaints etc. Prior to use place it for about 2 minutes in up to 80 ° C hot water or heat for about 30 seconds at 600 Watt in the microwave. Wrap in a cloth, and put on the painful area.
