Most important are the specific frequency spectra and vibrational characteristics of the singing bowls that resonate with the correspondent parts of the body. The singing bowls should have a harmonious sound without jumps or wild noises (like high-pitched, provocative sounds). The spectrum of sound has to entail many overtones and react flexibly.
